Daniel S. Flickinger
Having studied law at the University of Alabama School of Law and engineering at Auburn University, Daniel has a passion for both law and technology and enjoys utilizing the latest technologies in his litigation practice. He has successfully represented a wide variety of business clients throughout the state of Alabama in worker’s compensation related matters.
Daniel graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a B.S. in Software Engineering and minor in Business Engineering Technology. While at Auburn, he was chosen to be a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Tau Beta Pi, Phi Eta Sigma, and Alpha Lambda Delta academic honors societies. Daniel served as chaplain of his fraternity as well as project lead on an international senior design project collaboration between Auburn University and Plymouth University (U.K.). During law school at the University of Alabama School of Law, Daniel was recognized for writing best papers in Damages, Legal Profession, and Special Problems in Corporate Law.
Outside of the office, Daniel and his wife Kathleen enjoy traveling and the delicious culinary experiences available in Alabama. Although he has a divided heart when it comes to college athletics, they are both avid sports fans. Daniel and Kathleen are members of Shades Mountain Community Church and reside in Hoover, Alabama with their son, Joe, and rescue pup, Sally.
